Eagle Rock Redo

The Eagle Rock REDO is a comprehensive remodel and addition to an existing bungalow located in a charming neighborhood just east of downtown LA. The young family had outgrown the cramped one-story house and wanted to create space for a primary suite and fun bedroom for their growing son. The complicated zoning rules of LA necessitated an eccentric shape to the addition which includes two bedrooms and a generous 4-piece family bathroom. On the main floor we repurposed a large bedroom and tiny bathroom as a new comfortable living space. The original living room is now a large dining room perfect for family dinners. In addition, we expanded the previously remodeled kitchen with a new, large island.
