Lake House Phase I
Right next to Lake Washington, with incredible views to Seward Park, Best Practice completed the first phase of a comprehensive remodel. Phase I included transforming the daylit basement into an open and airy guest suite with a kitchenette, living space, new bedroom, new bathroom and an amazing laundry room.
