Volunteer Park Villa

In order to accommodate a large and dynamic family, Best Practice transformed the basement of this classic 1912 home into an airy, light filled family space. Adding a large flexible family room, a bathroom, a guest room and additional office with murphy-bed in the basement gave the family much needed extra breathing room. A lush backyard facing the park became an outdoor living/dining room, replete with outdoor wood grill and wood storage.
