In a neighborhood brimming full of craftsman homes, this unpretentious 1920s stucco sensation stands apart with its simple volumes and large, arched openings. Best Practice was commissioned to rehab the interior to strategically integrate a modern kitchen and primary suite while addressing earlier interior finish mishaps. Through the process, a beautiful and bright interior emerged along with new, meticulously integrated, modern amenities that once-again equals its street cred.

The existing arched porte cochere was in terrible condition, so it was rebuilt around the original terrazzo entry stair and solid wood door.
