Best Practice was tasked to breathe new life into this modest and charming home with contemporary updates. This beautiful 1920’s craftsman was revived with a new kitchen, bathrooms, reclaimed floors and a cute laundry nook.

Crisp, new custom cabinetry, warm wood shelving, butcher block counters, shelving, and a new window seating rail transformed this modest kitchen into a delightful, efficient space.
Best Practice

The refinished stair upgraded the connection to the lower level that leads to an expanded and refreshed bathroom.
