Best Practice revamped the amenity space in a mid-century modern residential building to include a spacious entry, a lounge with kitchenette and a workout area. New restrooms with tiled showers and luxurious materials serve the adjacent workout spaces. The existing period stone walls and fireplaces were left intact and used to help frame the view.
