Grillbird (and *Salad Party)

Beloved West Seattle Teriyaki restaurant Grillbird expands to a second location in Greenwood and adds a fun partner business with Salad Party. Both fast casual brands cohabitate in a single storefront and share a large commercial kitchen. A bright orange canopy announces their presence on the street front and a tile wall peeks out from the interior to welcome guests.Flowing from the entry, there are kiosks for quick ordering or if you want to ponder the menu, a large opening allows for a view into the kitchen beyond and easy ordering from staff. Glass block at the end of the space allows natural light in from the alley, while wood paneling surrounds the perimeter walls with warmth.
