Best Practice is teamed with Hybrid Design on the Tsuga Tsuga multi-family development in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. On a corner site, the team has developed 4 connected townhomes that share an undulating “mountain range” roofscape. A single-family dwelling sits adjacent to the alley, perched high on the sloping site’s upper edge. All units have amazing views to the West (think Space Needle!) and have some outdoor balconies, roof decks and a community courtyard.
