Best Practice designed this office space for a growing Seattle tech company that wanted their all hands meeting to feel like “a giant picnic.” Using this as a jumping off point, Best Practice designed custom picnic tables for their large gathering space, cozy huddle work zones, lounges and collaboration areas to facilitate all types of working. Using bright blues and pops of other colors, the large office became more intimate, and allowed for all types of informal work spaces.

Best Practice created these blue huddle zones, meant to encourage quiet working. Be-decked with whimsical acoustic foam “portraits,” these areas provide silent oases where employees can focus, even while they are away from their desks.

These fun solid alder picnic tables were beautifully manufactured by local craftspeople, and hand painted in Simply Measured’s blue color palette.
