Best Practice is over the moon with our collaboration with Intentional Futures, an innovative Seattle-based strategy firm that has relocated to their own building in the Madison Valley neighborhood. With their own space spanning 3 floors (including an open mezzanine), this creative bunch sought to redefine what being in the office means after an extended period of remote work. With open lounge and collaborative meeting spaces, the IF team wanted to create a club-house vibe, where teams could gather in meaningful ways when needed, but continue to work from home when intense focus is demanded. Using IF brand colors, the design places pops of saturated color throughout the floors, highlighting certain updated spaces and refreshing the existing building.

Original details were preserved, but painted to give a cohesive look and feel throughout the project. Hotel-style desk options on the lower and main floors, teams can expand and contract on a per project basis. The large, open lounge (with a wood-burning stove!) is meant to serve as a client reception space, lounge for employees, workshop and flex space for lectures and performance. A new coffee bar located just off the main entry supports this main reception room, and helps create a hospitality feel throughout the office. The mezzanine offers a large conference space as well as a few options for quiet
