This new house was recently completed in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood. The bright and vaulted upper residence sports open truss-work, an upper deck and a super cool soaking tub in the bathroom. The lower part of the house is a small, separate dwelling (an ADU) that will can be used as a short or long term rental for the owner. The beautiful corner lot has lush landscaping and amazing territorial views of the surrounding neighborhood.
