We are currently looking to hire someone who has between 3 and 5 years of previous experience working at an architecture firm.
Typically, we seek out candidates that have a broad range of skills, an interest in design, and a desire to work on a variety of projects (both residential and commercial) at all scales. We have more residential projects in the office currently, so prior experience with this typology is a plus! We try to have team members stay on projects from the beginning of design through construction (as much as possible), ensuring that everyone has exposure to all design phases.
