Our project investigates how a global environmental imperative would translate on a neighborhood scale. It explores how a four block industrially-zoned section of Fremont could be developed over the next 30-40 years in the context of meeting the Living Buildings challenge and achieving Living City status.Project completed in conjunction with Erich Ginder Studio and HSV Engineers Inc.
